End User License Agreement (EULA)
Frontline Protocol

1. Grant of License
By purchasing a valid copy of Frontline Protocol ("Game"), the user ("Player") is granted a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Game on their own device for private, non-commercial purposes.
All rights to the Game, especially all intellectual property rights, remain with the provider.
2. Ownership
The Game, including all content, graphics, sounds, texts, and code, remains the exclusive property of the provider even after purchase or download.
The purchase of the Game does not constitute the acquisition of ownership rights to the Game itself, but merely the granting of a limited license to use it.
3. Restrictions on Use
The Player is prohibited from:
• copying, reproducing, distributing, or making the Game or parts thereof publicly accessible, unless expressly permitted,
• modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from the Game,
• using hacks, bots, cheats, or other unauthorized means to influence the Game,
• selling, renting, lending, or otherwise transferring the Game or license keys to third parties,
• creating or distributing modifications or unofficial expansions.
4. Permitted User Content
Players are allowed to create and publish screenshots, gameplay videos, and streams of the Game on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or similar services, provided this is done non-commercially and the Game is not presented in a defamatory manner.
5. Term and Termination
This license remains in effect as long as the Player complies with the license terms.
In case of a breach of these terms, especially through unauthorized use, the license may be terminated by the provider at any time. In such cases, the Player loses the right to continue using the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided in its current version. The provider does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game, unless such damages are caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior of the provider.
7. Final Provisions
German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of this license agreement is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
